This solution is based on a “food-lure” monitoring concept. We deploy a series of unobtrusive, corner-fitting feeding stations throughout the property. These stations contain non-toxic attractants tailored to specific dietary preferences, allowing for regular assessment of population density and activity ranges. During routine visits, our staff primarily inspect for feeding marks and replace the attractant substrate.
By accumulating data over time, we can map dynamic patterns of indoor biological activity. If we detect an abnormal spike in activity in a specific area, we adjust the attractant formula or the density of station placement accordingly. This constitutes a dynamic, intelligent monitoring network; rather than direct extermination, it utilizes continuous monitoring for early warning and control, thereby minimizing the need for intrusive interventions.
